The stainless steel fruit and vegetable pulping machine is suitable for pulping and separating crushed fruits such as tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, seabuckthorn, grapes, as well as pre cooked softened fruits such as hawthorn and dates. The machine has two forms: single pass, double pass, and automatic separation of slurry and slag, with high slurry yield. The screen mesh is cylindrical and the aperture is various, customized according to user requirements.

Machine features: The motor is driven by a V-belt, causing the scraper installed on the spline shaft to rotate at high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the machine through the feeding port, the slurry disc evenly discharges the material between the scraper and the sieve. Due to the rotation effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder towards the outlet end, and the movement trajectory is spiral. The material is scraped by centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the sieve, and the juice and meat (already in the form of slurry) enter the next process through the sieve hole (the double channel pulping machine is a linked repeating process). The skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper, thus achieving the purpose of automatic separation. As long as different specifications of sieves are changed and the size of the scraper lead angle is adjusted, different beating speeds can be changed, and the effect is very good.
